 February 23, 2017
 Dear Stjepan,

Rosary Warriors are gearing up for 3,000 rosary rallies in public locations all across America to honor the 100 Year Anniversary of Our Lady's apparition at Fatima and to defend God’s marriage, praying and saying:

Marriage = One man + One woman!
Only God's marriage is fruitful and brings about human life and homosexual "marriage" is not marriage at all. Rather, it provokes God's wrath, denies His plan for procreation and family and opens the floodgates to heinous sins.

But by doing rosary rallies in this historic Fatima Centennial Year (1917-2017), we can move God and the Blessed Mother to intervene and protect natural marriage!

I invite you to pray a rosary for marriage in a public place with a few friends. It's simple and we've done thousands of them for years. With tremendous impact!

CLICK HERE  to join Rosary Warriors across America and become a Rosary Captain on noon on Saturday, March 18th

The reason we hold the Traditional Marriage Crusade on the Saturday closest to the feast of St. Joseph is because he is our powerful patron and St. Joseph is the "Chaste Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary."

Never was there and never will there be a better, stronger, more perfect husband than Saint Joseph. The sacred and chaste marriage between St. Joseph and Our Lady was the holiest ever. Therefore, we ask St. Joseph to watch over us, to protect us and to restore Traditional Marriage.

And you can help restore traditional marriage by uniting yourself with Our Lady and St. Joseph and by doing a rosary rally.

Tragically, homosexual "marriage" is legal in America. And in this sense, America has become like Sodom and Gomorrah (not in our hearts, but only an official level).

Since you are a God-fearing soul, I don't need to explain to you what this means for the future of America and our children.

In good conscience, you and I cannot remain indifferent to this national sin that brings down God's wrath.

But how can we fight back?

By the supernatural power of the Holy Rosary. Because there is no problem, no matter how grave, that the rosary cannot solve, as the Blessed Mother told Sister Lucia of Fatima.

So, we MUST turn to the rosary to win this historic spiritual battle, especially in the Fatima Centennial Year.

That's why we're planning rosary rallies all across America at noon on Saturday, March 18th.  We will beg Our Lord, Our Lady and Saint Joseph to favor true marriage and the traditional family. We will beg God to hear the cry of His people.

You are invited to be a rosary captain, which simply means to lead a rosary in a public place with a few friends. It's simple. We've did 16,323 rosary rallies last October in the Public Square. Let's do 3,000 for traditional marriage now!

CLICK HERE to become a rosary captain on March 18th.

  • Our Blessed Mother is counting on you to become a rally captain.

  • America Needs Fatima will support you, every step of the way.

  • Call 866-584-6012 for immediate assistance, or CLICK HERE  for online registration.

Every captain receives an instruction manual that has helpful tips and the full prayer program for the rally. You will also receive a beautiful free banner that says, "God's Marriage = 1 Man + 1 Woman." (If you already have one, please use it.)

Plus, as we pray for God's marriage in this hopeful year of the Fatima Centennial, we also pray and ask for the fulfillment of the Virgin Mary's promise at Fatima in these words:

"In the end, My Immaculate Heart will triumph!"

Her triumph is coming. Until then, we represent the hope, the voice and the certainty in Her triumph to the world.

So, please sign up to become a rosary rally captain today!

CLICK HERE to become a rosary captain.

After you have signed up please share this email with others and encourage them to sign up.

Call 866-584-6012 for immediate assistance, or CLICK HERE  for online registration.

And as I said, these rallies will take place in honor of St. Joseph, on the Saturday closest to His feast day, March 18th.

  • St. Joseph is our powerful patron. Why?

  • Because St. Joseph is the "Terror of Demons."

  • He will protect us and help us build up and restore Traditional Marriage.

You can help restore traditional marriage by uniting yourself with Our Lady and St. Joseph and by doing a rosary rally.

In fact, most Americans support traditional marriage. On our public street campaigns, we see a majority of honks and thumbs up even in places where you wouldn't expect it. (Show video of HONKS in Brooklyn)

But the liberal media and the radical homosexual movement work hard to replace traditional marriage with same-sex "marriage". They even call these unnatural and sinful lifestyles "families".

Sadly, many politicians and clergy who support traditional marriage in private fail to stand up to the advancing homosexual agenda in public and when good men do nothing, evil advances.

So, please stand with St. Joseph and Our Lady's Rosary Warriors and do a rosary rally on March 18th.

CLICK HERE to become a rosary rally captain for Traditional Marriage.

Call 866-584-6012 for immediate assistance, or CLICK HERE for online registration.

 Until next time, I remain

Sincerely yours,

John Horvat

P.S. -- On our website you can see designs for signs such as "Honk for God's Marriage." You will also videos of previous rallies, and you will be amazed at how many people honk their horns in support of our rallies.

These rallies are inspired by Catholic teaching. Please read: A Principled Stand, Not Personal.

P.S.S. - If you are happy with the work of the American TFP, please consider giving a small tax deductible gift today so we can expand our spiritual crusades. Thank you! May God bless you.

Scott Pruitt Quotes John Muir. Muir Wouldn't Like That.

In his introductory speech to employees at the Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, newly minted administrator Scott Pruitt failed to mention either public health or climate change. He did mention the "toxic environment"—a reference not to his own history of collusion with the oil and gas industry when he was attorney general of Oklahoma, but to the widespread opposition to his appointment. That opposition included a letter 447 former EPA officials signed bluntly stating, "Pruitt's record and public statements strongly suggest that he does not agree with the underlying principles of our environmental laws."

Pruitt did, however, find an opportunity to quote Sierra Club founder John Muir: "Everyone needs beauty as well as bread, places to pray in and play in." It's a nice sentiment, from Muir's 1912 book The Yosemite, but it's pretty clear that Pruitt failed to read further in the passage.

Redwoods Forever: "As timber," John Muir wrote, "the Redwood is too good to live." By 1900, almost all of the old-growth redwood forest on California's north coast was owned by lumber companies.

Amara Majeed:   "Were they praying while he came in? Did they register what was going on? What were their last thoughts? All of these unanswered questions swarm around in my mind as I prostrate in prayer. It's scary to think that your safe space - the place that you go to worship, a place that is the epitome of peacefulness and serenity - could be invaded like that , and in seconds become the pinnacle of violence."

Respected friends,

At this pivotal moment in US-Russia relations, The Nation continues to believe in the power of direct people-to-people interaction as an essential way to foster more productive dialogue and to support peaceful relations between nations. Please join us on our latest trip to Russia—feed your curious mind and adventurous spirit while gaining firsthand insight into Russia’s culture, history, politics, and people.
After we fly into St. Petersburg, we’ll check into the 19th-century, five-star Belmond Grand Hotel Europe. We’ll then spend five days touring the renowned sights of this historic city and its surroundings, from the Hermitage and the Nevsky Prospekt to the Grand Palace and gardens of Peterhof, followed by private meetings with distinguished historians, cultural leaders, professors, and curators—and a canal boat tour exploring the city’s 42 islands.
Russia
After taking a high-speed train to Moscow, we’ll travel to the city of Sergiyev Posad and the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This destination brings medieval Russia to life with its stimulating mixture of the country’s most celebrated architecture, iconic paintings, and unique cultural activities. In Moscow, we’ll stay at the InterContinental Tverskaya Hotel, a modern, five-star hotel within walking distance of Red Square. We’ll take a private escorted tour of the Kremlin and meet with Pavel Palazhchenko (Mikhail Gorbachev’s longtime interpreter and colleague) as well as independent media and cultural leaders. We’ll also visit the remarkable Gulag Museum, the Jewish Museum and Tolerance Center, Gorky Park, and the famed Novodevichy Cemetery.
Click here to view the full itinerary.
Russia
Throughout the trip, you’ll be accompanied top guides, each hand-chosen byThe Nation for their exceptional knowledge and experience.
And the cultural immersion will begin before you land in Russia, with an exclusive pre-trip conference-call discussion covering the contemporary Russian political landscape with Nation editor and publisher Katrina vanden Heuvel and Princeton and NYU professor emeritus and Nation contributing editor Stephen F. Cohen. Katrina and Stephen have been visiting Russia for more than three decades, and their knowledge and relationships with many of the country’s thought leaders have helped us craft our special itinerary.
Russia
The cost of this tour is $6,850/$7,850 per person (double/single occupancy) and includes 10 nights at luxurious hotels in St. Petersburg and Moscow, most of your meals, all ground transportation (including high-speed rail, a private air-conditioned bus for all sightseeing and excursions, and private canal boat tour), a bilingual local guide/tour manager, gratuities, lectures, guided visits to Russia’s preeminent museums and historical sites, and many other captivating and exclusive activities and events.

Sincerely,

Teresa Stack
President Emeritus, The Nation
