Isus Krist jučer i danas isti je – i uvijeke.
Često slušamo zahtjeve, kako unutar tako i izvan Crkve, da ona mora mijenjati svoja učenja kako bi bila u skladu s modernim idejama. S obzirom na to da je naše doba zaokupljeno seksom, mnogi od zahtjeva za promjenama uključuju i ova pitanja: homoseksualnost, istospolni “brak”, preljub (osobito kada se radi o razvedenima i ”ponovno vjenčanima”), predbračni seks, kontracepcija pa čak i pobačaj.No, takvi zahtjevi pokazuju veliko nerazumijevanje prirode i ovlasti Crkve. Danas postoje mnoge pogrešne ideje vezane za teologiju Crkve (ekleziologiju), čak i među vjernicima. Obično se misli da Crkva (ili barem njezino sadašnje vodstvo) može jednostavno odlučiti što želi poučavati o bilo kojoj zadanoj temi. Na primjer, ako jednostavno želimo promijeniti ono što učimo o braku, mi to možemo učiniti. I suvremeni kritičari tvrde da, ako možemo to učiniti, onda bismo to i trebali učiniti. Isto vrijedi i za bilo koje od naših “kontroverznih” učenja o kontracepciji, muškom svećenstvu, i tako dalje. To je pogrešna ekleziologiji i pretjerivanje s ovlastima Crkve.Crkva nema nikakve ovlasti ukinuti nauk o pobačaju, kontracepciji, muškom svećenstvu, odnosno razvodu i “ponovnoj ženidbi” (što više – onaj tko ostavlja valjani brak i uđe u drugi je u stanju trajnog preljuba). Nemamo ovlasti svrgnuti biblijsko učenje, nauk svete predaje, ili bilo koji od naših definiranih dogmi i doktrina. Ne može nešto biti moralno ili doktrinarno istinito jednog dana, a neistinito sljedećeg dana.Drugi pak tvrde da Crkva treba pratiti ankete i promijeniti svoje učenje u skladu s onim što vjernici u klupama misle ili žele. Opet, ovo je manjkava ekleziologija. Katolička Crkva, koja je Tijelo Kristovo i njegova vidljiva prisutnost na zemlji, ne postoji kako bi odražavala gledišta današnjeg doba, niti njezinih sadašnjih članova. Katolička Crkva postoji da naviješta učenja svog osnivača, Isusa Krista. Crkva je Kristova živa i aktivna prisutnost i glas u svijetu. Sveto pismo kaže, Isus Krist jučer i danas isti je – i uvijeke. Ne dajte se zanijeti različitim čudnim naucima! (Heb 13, 8-9). Doista, postoje sigurno mnoga “čudna učenja” u naše vrijeme! Ali Isus i Njegovo Tijelo, odnosno Crkva, je jedno, i ne može se mijenjati po pitanju naviještanja doktrinarne i moralnih istina. Nauk proglašava vječne istine. Iako se naše shvaćanje doktrine može produbiti i razvijati s vremenom, taj razvoj ne može biti takav da doktrina mijenja svoj temeljni smisao, tako da “da” postaje “ne” ili obrnuto. To ne bi bio razvoj; to bi bila negacija.Crkva mora, po riječima svetoga Pavla, inzistirati na toj istini jer: Bog je svjedok: naša riječ vama nije »Da!« i »Ne!« jer Sin Božji, Isus Krist, koga mi – ja i Silvan i Timotej – vama navijestismo nije bio »Da!« i »Ne!«, nego u njemu bijaše »Da!«. (2 Kor 1, 18-19).Naše prihvaćanje objavljene istine ne može se mijenjati od “da” u “ne”. Ne možemo negirati ono što je Bog objavio; ne možemo samo istrgnuti stranice iz Svetoga pisma; niti možemo ukinuti svete dogme. Naše “da” Božjoj istini ne može postati “ne”. Naš “Amen” ne može postati Non serviam (neću služiti). Još jednom, Crkva nema ovlasti rušiti ono što nas Bog uči. Nitko – ni papa – ne može promijeniti istine Svetoga pisma, svete predaje, ili doktrine iskazane u našem vjerovanju oblikovane pod vodstvom crkvenog Učiteljstva. Dakle, mnogi moderni problemi i pogreške svode se na pogrešnu ekleziologiju. Zar je Crkva samo “klub”, koji postoji kako bi odražavao gledišta svojih članova te se stoga može prilagoditi njihovim željama i potrebama? Ne, Crkva je Tijelo Kristovo, živa i aktivna prisutnosti Onoga koji se ne mijenja, koji nije “Da”, a zatim “Ne”, već samo “Da”. Za one u svijetu (pa čak i unutar Crkva) koji pogrešno tvrde da Crkva može promijeniti svoj nauk kako bi odgovarao njihovim stavovima, možemo samo reći, s Duhom Svetim i Svetim Pavlom:
Zato, budući da po milosrđu imamo ovu službu, ne malakšemo. Ali odrekosmo se sramotnoga prikrivanja: ne nastupamo lukavo niti izopačujemo riječ Božju, nego se objavljivanjem istine preporučujemo svakoj savjesti ljudskoj pred Bogom. Ako je i zastrto evanđelje naše, u onima je zastrto koji propadaju: u onima kojima bog ovoga svijeta oslijepi pameti nevjerničke da ne zasvijetli svjetlost evanđelja slave Krista koji je slika Božja. Jer ne propovijedamo same sebe, nego Krista Isusa Gospodinom, a sebe slugama vašim poradi Isusa. Ta Bog koji reče: Neka iz tame svjetlost zasine!, on zasvijetli u srcima našim da nam spoznanje slave Božje zasvijetli na licu Kristovu. (2 Kor 4, 1-6).

HDZ-ovoj gradskoj upravi nije smetalo što je osnivač Odvjetničkog društva Marinović i partneri poznati zadarski odvjetnik Marko Marinović, lokalni tužitelj iz 70-ih godina prošlog stoljeća i suprug istaknute SDP-ovke i odnedavne ustavne sutkinje Ingrid Antičević Marinović. Kada se zbroje podaci Grada i navedenih gradskih poduzeća, Odvjetničkom uredu Marinović i partneri u 2016. godini je isplaćeno ukupno295.537 kuna. Vidljivo je kako se dobivaju unosni poslovi, a sve zbog toga što je Ingrid Antičević Marinović, sutkinja Ustavnog suda, koja je po SDP- kvoti došla u Ustavni sud.
Nadležne institucije u RH još nisu reagirale otkud Marinovićevoj supruzi Ingrid Antičević Marinović, sutkinji Ustavnog suda 2.407.800,00 eura na računu u Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark AG u Austriji, koji je objavio Maxportal.
