OTVORENO PISMO NOSIOCIMA ZAKONODAVNE, SUDSKE I IZVRŠNE VLATI U REPUBLICI HRVATSKOJ I HRVATSKOM NARODU
1. Molimo Predsjednicu Republike Hrvatske gospođu Kolindu Grabar Kitarović da podrži ove programe.
2. Molimo Predsjednika Vlade Republike Hrvatske gospdina Andriju Plenkovića da ove programe stavi an dnevni red Vlade RH te da se izbori kako bi se isti prihvatili
3. Molimo sve zastupnike u saboru Republike Hrvatske da javno prihvate ove programe i izbore se za njihovu realizaciju.
4. Molimo Hrvatski Narod u domovini i svijetu da na svim mogućim nivoima podrže saborske zastupnike koji javno prihvate ove programe.
5. Molimo sve zastupnike u Saboru Republike Hrvatske da zajednički ujedinjuju oko realizacije ovih programa kako bi sa zajedničkom su energijom osigurali uvjete za realizaciju istih. Za dobrobit cjelokupnog Hrvatskog Naroda i Države Hrvatske.
6. Molimo sve kojima je ovo pismo upućeno, da se o istom pismeno očitovanju.
KRATKO OBRAZLOŽENJE
Od stvaranja Države Hrvatske tone se iz dana u dan i to: MORALNO, MATERIJALNO I FINANCIJSKI.
Za takvo stanje odgovoran je svaki pripadnik Hrvatskog Naroda bez obzira na nacionalno vjersko ili neko drugo opredjeljenje i to:
PROPORCIONALNO SVOM ZNANJU, MOGUĆNOSTIMA I SPOSOBNOSTIMA.
Polazeći od te osnovne građanske dužnosti, znanstvenici iz Hrvatske i Svijeta elaborirali su i predstavili političke i gospodarske programe ( Sve o svom vlastitom trošku ), kako bi Hrvatskom Narodu omogućili da iziđe iz sadašnjeg teškog moralnog i financijskog stanja, te realizacijom tih programa sebi i Državi Hrvatskoj osigurali financijsku sigurnost za narednih 50. Godina. Ovo pismo je namijenjeno najprije svim nosiocima vlasti u Republici Hrvatskoj, Predsjednici RH, Predsjedniku Vlade Republike Hrvatske, svim zastupnicima u Saboru Republike Hrvatske, Svim dužnostima u Vladi, Te svim zaposlenima u sudbenoj i izvršnoj vlastu u Republici Hrvatskoj. Svim Građanima RH sa posebnim naglaskom na hrvatsku inteligenciju, koja Hrvatskom Narodu duguje novac koji je

uložen u njihovo školovanje. Oni svojim radom i djelovanjem u korist naroda koji je plaćao njihovo školovanje duguju i taj dug narodu vraćaju tako da svoje znanje i sposobnosti ugrađuju u opće dobro naroda i Države Hrvatske. U nastavku teksta nazivi konkretnih programa, koji su od strane znanstvenika- stručnjaka detaljno elaborirani.
Ovi programi su kompletni, konkretni, razvojni, reformski, gospodarski, pravni i pravični, narodni sustav vladavine, putem kojeg će se realizirati konkretni politički i gospodarski sustav, kulturni i drugi programi na dobrobit Hrvatskog naroda i Države Hrvatske.
Konkretno:
- Proglasit će se isključivi gospodarski pojas na moru, pa će Hrvatska legalno upravljati sa velikim kapitalnim potencijalom, ako počne koristiti svoju znanost i struku.
- Ukinuti će ovršni Zakon i donijeti novi, koji će zaštiti građane od siromaštva.
- Uvesti će se vinjete za naplatu Auto cestarine, pa se neće više krasti polovica plaćene cestarine i tako će se rasteretiti porezni obveznici od plaćanja kredita za ceste.
- Ukinuti će se sve nadri državne institucije, koje uništavaju sve što Hrvati stvaraju.
- Donijeti će se Zakon o odgovornosti državnih službenika, pa više neće uništavati nego stvarati uvjete za rad i razvoj gospodarskog i političkog sustava.
- Zakon o odgovornosti sudaca, pa će konačno naša Hrvatska postati pravnom državom.
- Uvesti će se monetarna vlast kao četvrtu vlast u RH, pa će naša Vlada pokrenuti New Deal za svu novo stvorenu robnu vrijednost koja će se financirati iz primarne emisije.
- Državno zemljište će se davati poljoprivrednicima na koncesiju bez naknade, pa nećemo biti gladna sirotinja kao sada nego bogati izvoznici zdrave hrane.
- Podržati će se i financijski pomoći realizacija Međunarodnog centar mladih, pa će mladi ljudi dolaziti iz svijeta, a naši mladi neće bježati iz ove Hrvatske.
- Mladima će se dati kredit u iznosu od 100.000 eura sa 1% godišnje kamate za izgradnju kuće i drugog rješavanja stambenog problema, pa će ostati u Domovini.
- Zakonom o braniteljima organizirati će se Branitelje u jednu jedinstvenu državnu organizaciju od najniže do najviše hrvatske institucije, pa neće više biti na sceni principa političara: Divida Impera (podijeli i zavadi pa vladaj)
- Donijeti će se Zakon da svi krediti u RH moraju biti u kunama, jer će to jamčiti monetarna vlast koje sada nema.
- Donijeti će se moderni Zakon o porezu –Porezna reforma
- Ukinuti će se HRT pretplata, pa će se TV kodirati i tko želi gledati HRT da plaća pretplati, a ako ne plaća da mu TV pritiskom na dugme onemogući gledanje HRT emisija.
- Osigurati će se besplatni vrtići za svu djecu iz novo-stvorenih vrijednosti koje će potaknuti prethodno navedene reforme nove Vlade.

- Osigurati će se besplatne knjige za sve učenike, pa neće biti više pljačke politički podobnih izdavača, a obrazovni sustav će proizvoditi vrhunske stručnjake.
- Osigurati će se povratak oduzete imovine, jer će konačno RH postati prava(na) država.
- Organizirat će se centri za razvoj u svim većim gradovima
- Osigurati će se stroga kontrola uvoza roba i usluga, što rapidno povećati domaću proizvodnju i ekonomsku neovisnost RH.
- Uvesti će se avansiranje poljoprivrednih proizvoda i otkupne postaje za sveukupnu poljoprivrednu proizvodnju kao u SAD.
- Osigurati će se otkup svih poljoprivrednih proizvoda, kako je prethodno navedeno.
- Donijeti će se prava strategiju razvoja RH za narednih 30 godina, koja će potaknuti izravna ulaganja (FDI) kao i veliko korištenje bespovratnih sredstava iz EU fondova.
- Izgraditi će se nizinska, dvokolosiječna i elektrificirana željeznička pruga Rijeka – Zagreb – Botovo, pa će RH dobiti nove milijarde EUR-a od pozicijske rente.
- Izgraditi će se matični kontejnerski terminal „Zagrebačko pristanište“, pa će promet tereta porasti najmanje za 1000% u odnosu na postojeće katastrofalno stanje .
- Izgraditi će se veliko poslovno-logističko čvorište „Miklavlje“ pa će riječka luka moći transportirati više od 4,5 miliju kontejnera (TEU) godišnje i tako povećati BDP za 4,2% godišnje.
- Razviti će se “Međunarodni poslovni centar Karlovac”, koji će povezati EU sa najvećim tržištem na svijetu Bliski, Srednji i Daleki Istok sa 2/3 svih svjetskih potrošača.
- Izgraditi će se mreža željezničkih pruga između lučkih terminala i logističkih čvorišta za unutarnji (interni) prijevoz kontejnera po strogom normativu matičnih brodova od 75 TEU/h
- Izgraditi će se novi matični terminal „Omišalj“ na otoku Krku pa će Hrvatska postati najveće prometno-logističko središte EU.
- Izgradnja novog željezničko-cestovnog mosta kopno – otok Krk.
- Izgradnja novog ranžirnog kolodvora „Kraljevica“.
- Izgradnja IMONODE željezničke pruge Rijeka – Koper – Trieste
- Izgradnja plovnog kanala Dunav – Sava (Vukovar – Šamac) čime će se Hrvatska uključiti u najveću mrežu unutarnje plovidbe na svijetu.
- - Izgradnja konsolidacijskog strateškog čvorišta „Rugvica“ kod Zagreba – Karlovca.
- Smanjiti broj zastupnika u HS na 77-
- Zakon o hrvatskim odvjetnicima kojim oni ne mogu imati veća primanja od sudaca koji rješavaju njihove predmete
- Donijeti će se Zakon da Hrvati izvan Hrvaste imaju 12 zastupnika u Saboru RH biranih po zemljama svijeta. Npr. da Hrvati Australije da bira 2, zastupnika Hrvati Kanada 2 Amerika 1 itd.
- Donijeti će se Zakon o porijeklu imovine, pa će se konačno obaviti lustracija kriminalaca koji uništavaju ovu zemlju, državu i narod.
- Izvršiti će se Revizija pretvorbe i kriminalne privatizacije koristeći nalaze revizije i sankcionirati kriminal, koji se kroz saborsku reviziju utvrdi.

- Donijeti će se Zakon o preustroju RH tako da Hrvatska ima 4 Područja Zagrebačko, Splitsko, Osječko i Riječko, što znači četiri županije.
- Donijeti će se Zakon da općina i grad mogu biti one jedinice koje imaju Sud, Katastar i urbanizam.
- Dijaspora da ima 12 zastupnika u Saboru RH, a kada se broj saborskih zastupnika smanji onda 7.
- Donijeti Zakon o pravima manjina po uzoru na Njemačku.
- Donijeti Zakon da u trgovinama domaćim i stranim lancima mora biti 51% hrvatskih, a u prehrambenim trgovinama minimum 70% hrvatskih poljoprivrednih proizvoda.

OPEN LETTER TO THE HOLDERS, JUSTICE AND ITS EXECUTIVE CROATIANS IN CROATIA AND CROATIAN PEOPLE
1. Please presidents of the Croatian Mrs. Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic to support these programs.
2. Please President of the Croatian head of government gentleman Andrew Plenkovic that these programs put an agenda of the Government and that the elections so that they accept the
