Dear Mr. Tokic,

My friend, Elias Rubio wants to join the Fatima work.

...but he needs crucial help in order to continue his education at our Sedes Sapientiae Institute.

Elias is a bright student – one of our best!

His love for Holy Mary and the Catholic cause is admirable.

Today, as we were talking, he told me that his greatest desire is to spend his life working to spread the Fatima message all across America. And I am certain he would make a wonderful Fatima apostle!

But first he needs the formation and education that we provide to all our young men at the Our Lady Seat of Wisdom Institute.

Here is the problem—we actually have more young men to educate, feed, shelter and clothe than we can afford.

I suppose in some ways that’s a good problem to have – too many eager young warriors wanting to give their lives for Holy Mary and the Catholic cause.

At America Needs Fatima it has always been our desire to light a candle rather than curse the darkness.

And there is sadly a lot of darkness out there when one looks around at our university campuses, wouldn’t you agree?

So we came up with a creative solution to the “Education Crisis” in America.

Several years ago we opened an Institute which would allow young men in their 20s who wanted to grow in their Faith in an atmosphere of moral uprightness and purity to do so – at no cost to them or their parents!

Turning to Our Lady for help we took a leap of faith and opened the doors of Sedes Sapientiae (“Seat of Wisdom”) Institute.

At our Institute, our goal is to train young Catholic men to be truly Catholic. And truly men.

Men willing to fight for the one true Faith; men who are determined to engage in the cultural war. And men who have a high-quality education to back them up.

And – very important – men who are not burdened by enormous student loan debt, like so many of their contemporaries enrolled in other institutions of higher learning.

Ours is an atmosphere of manly restraint, good manners and appropriate speech.
Our veteran professors teach courses in Religion, Papal Teaching, History, Philosophy and Apologetics.

And, as part of his training, Elias has had the opportunity to give talks on Our Lady and her Fatima message!

For his “internship,” Elias has already joined our Fatima Home visitation program.

But, as you can well imagine, it takes a great deal of money to keep these men warm, well-fed and mentally challenged.

And that is why I am writing to you today, Stjepan.

I am confident you, too, believe in lighting a candle instead of cursing the darkness.

And I know you love Our Blessed Mother and want her saving message of Fatima to be spread far and wide.

Now, it costs exactly $7,847/year to educate and provide both room and board for Elias Rubio.

If Our Lady has blessed you and you now feel called to “adopt” Elias for one full year of his education, that would be wonderful!

But I realize that not everyone’s wallet is as big as their heart.

So Stjepan, if you could help Elias with just $21.50 today, that would cover a full day of studies for Elias here at Sedes Sapientiae Institute. And your generous gift of $64.50 would help us keep those doors open for 3 more days!

If a long-term commitment is what you would like to make, we have a monthly donation option. That way, Elias could count on $10 every month from you toward his education.

Actually any amount you choose to send will go directly to the instruction, care and feeding of Elias and the many dedicated, enthusiastic young men at the Sedes Sapientiae Institute.

I hope that learning that our Institute is here to serve the Catholic men of the next generation has been a blessing for you. Please keep their efforts in your prayers.

May Our Lady, Seat of Wisdom, reward you!

I remain your friend,
In Jesus and Mary,

 Robert E. Ritchie
