STRANKA HRVATSKOG ZAJEDNIŠTVA PODRUŽNICA ZADARSKE ŽUPANIJE
Po mnogim prijavama građana gradilište u Miškovićima na Pagu nastavlja s radom, a još uvijek se čeka zaključak građevinske inspekcije. Koji to građevinski inspektori kroje zakone po svojoj volji – samovolji? Štiti li građevinska inspekcija Šimu Miškovića na kojeg se vodi ovo zdanje, oca predsjednika NK Rijeke? Što se krije iza ovog gradilišta? Tko je pravi vlasnik ovog zdanja kad ni jedna institucija ne reagira? Odgovori od institucija više su i nego smiješni i daleko od onog što propisuje Zakon o gradnji.
Pomorska inspekcija tek drugim izlaskom utvrđuje izvođača radova dok građevinska inspekcija još ne može donijeti zaključak jer joj je počinitelj nepoznat. Investitor i dalje nastavlja s radovima i još se hvali sa svojim vezama kako mu nitko ništa ne može.
Zadnjim izlaskom inspekcije uklonjena je i oznaka gradilišta koja je sadržavala samo jedan mali dio kuće, a uklonjena je vjerojatno iz razloga što se na toj oznaci nalazilo ime supruge građevinskog inspektora Borislava Damjanića, gđa. Branka Ivić Damjanić.
Već je prošlo nekoliko mjeseci od izlaska inspekcija, a radovi se nastavljaju bez oznake gradilišta i prijave gradnje i potrebnih dozvola.
Državni službenici prema Zakonu o državnim službama i Kodeksu državnih službenika moraju djelovati u razumnom i zakonski propisanom roku, a gradilište bez dozvola zatvoriti, pogotovo ono na pomorskom dobru.
Građevinska inspekcija očito smatra da se to ne odnosi na nju pa se postavlja pitanje čemu ona uopće služi kad ne provodi zakone. Očito se radi o korumpiranosti.
