Financial Summary:  The total fund raise for the project has been £2,100,000 towards a budget of £2,600,000 with the remainder being funded by the UK Government Producer Tax Credit which is effectively a 20% government subsidy for film, TV and theatre. Of the £2,100,000, just over £600,000 has been funded through debt, inclusive of interest and charges with a major UK film financier, (Head Gear Films) and of the £1,500,000 equity we have raised £1,200,000 so far -  including £300,000 from our Post-production partner (Lipsync Post). All private equity investors will recoup behind the 611K of debt only. Whilst there is a provision for additional equity this is highly unlikely to be utilised but is a facility in place whereby Lip Sync Post Production will put that additional funding in place to close the finance gap if required. In this way we effectively have had the project underwritten by Lip Sync but as the fund raise is going very well at the moment, we don’t expect that this will be required and that all equity investors will therefore recoup equally after the debt only. • UK taxpayers receive 30% of the investment back with EIS tax rebate. Carry back this investment to 2015-16 and claim back tax already paid in January 2017 -  Returns are tax free. Non-UK investors welcome.  • Small sum of equity available for allocation to complete post-production with release in Autumn 2017 • Property and Stocks/Share investors can use this EIS investment to defer CGT due on profits from these types of investment • Wide distribution is guaranteed - film pre-bought in the UK by Entertainment One, the distributor of 'La La Land', '12 Years a Slave' and 'The BFG’ and includes a soundtrack by prominent musician Richard Hawley and an accompanying ‘making of’ documentary fronted by Jarvis Cocker.  • Listed in The Knowledge's 'Hot Prospect' list with 'Fabulous Beasts', 'Tomb Raider' and 'Mission Impossible'.
