Snowy Ponies Captured By Cops & Staten Island Residents After Slippery Chase Possibly the most adorable and hilarious snow day story yet: two ponies were spotted trotting through the streets of Staten Island after escaping from a stable nearby. Off-duty cop and local resident Robert Stasio saw them outside his kitchen window while enjoying his breakfast.
