Uredba stupa na snagu 1. travnja 2017. Pravilnik o načinu obavljanja poslova razminiranja, kontrole kvalitete, općeg i tehničkog izvida i obilježavanja minski sumnjivog područja  Izmjenama i dopunama Pravilnika se, među ostalim, propisuje da nadzornici za kontrolu kvalitete, kada neposredno ne obavljaju kontrolno uzorkovanje, mogu na radilištu umjesto zaštitne kacige s vizirom koristiti vizir za zaštitu lica odnosno neprobojne zaštitne naočale uz korištenje zaštitnog prsluka sa štitnikom za prepone. Izmjene i dopune stupaju na snagu 1. travnja 2017.   Pravilnik o načinu priopćavanja povjerljivih informacija u sažetom ili zbirnom obliku Pravilnikom se propisuje način na koji osobe iz članka 98. stavka 1. Zakona o sanaciji kreditnih institucija i investicijskih društava mogu priopćiti odnosno objaviti povjerljive informacije koje dobiju tijekom obavljanja svojih profesionalnih aktivnosti iz Zakona o sanaciji kreditnih institucija i investicijskih društava bilo kojoj drugoj osobi ili tijelu. Pravilnik stupa na snagu 1. travnja 2017.   Pravilnik o kriterijima za određivanje stupnjeva tajnosti podataka Ureda predsjednice Republike Hrvatske Pravilnikom se propisuju kriteriji za određivanje stupnjeva tajnosti podataka koji nastaju u radu ili su od važnosti za rad Ureda predsjednice Republike Hrvatske, ovlast za određivanje stupnjeva tajnosti odnosno za provođenje klasificiranja podataka, promjenu stupnja tajnosti i deklasifikaciju podataka te pitanja bitna za označavanje podataka. Pravilnik stupa na snagu 1. travnja 2017.   Pravilnik o evidenciji uporabe poljoprivrednog zemljišta Izmjenama i dopunama Pravilnika se, među ostalim, propisuje da su ekološki značajne površine površine definirane pravilnikom kojim se uređuje provedba izravne potpore i IAKS mjera ruralnog razvoja. Izmjene i dopune stupile su na snagu 23. ožujka 2017.   Pravilnik o utvrđivanju sastava sirovog mlijeka Pravilnikom se utvrđuju sastav, fizikalno-kemijska svojstva te razredi sirovog mlijeka koje se koristi u proizvodnji konzumnog mlijeka i mliječnih proizvoda. Ako su ispunjene sve procesne pretpostavke, ustavne tužbe rješavaju se u meritumu stvari odlukama. Kada se ustavnom tužbom osporava rješenje kojim je određeno upućivanje i prisilno zadržavanje podnositelja zbog obavljanja vještačenja koje je nužno radi ocjene njegove raspravne sposobnosti (doneseno na temelju članka 325. stavka 2. Zakona o kaznenom postupku), zauzeto je stajalište da nije riječ o pojedinačnom aktu iz članka 62. Ustavnog zakona o Ustavnom sudu RH te se donosi rješenje o odbacivanju ustavne tužbe.   Vremensko važenje upozorenja pred otkaz Prije redovitog otkazivanja uvjetovanog ponašanjem radnika, poslodavac je dužan radnika pisano upozoriti na obvezu iz radnog odnosa i ukazati mu na mogućnost otkaza u slučaju nastavka povrede te obveze, osim ako postoje okolnosti zbog kojih nije opravdano očekivati od poslodavca da to učini. Pritom se postavlja pitanje koliko dugo izrečena opomena vrijedi.  STRUČNI ČLANAK Otvoreni postupak javne nabave prema novom Zakonu o javnoj nabavi Novim Zakonom o javnoj nabavi u hrvatski pravni sustav implementiraju se Direktiva 2014/24/EU i Direktiva 2014/25/EU Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća od 26. veljače 2014., koje su stupile na snagu 17. travnja 2014.  Rok za njihovu transpoziciju u nacionalno zakonodavstvo država članica bio je do 18. travnja 2016.
