TO CROATIAN EMIGRANTS AND CROATIAN PARISHES IN EMIGRATION
WE KINDLY ASK YOU FOR FINANCIAL HELP
for the organization of the protest rally "For Drinking Water" on May 12, 2017, at the Split Waterfront!
Dear Croats living abroad,
AGAINST THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIAN AND CROATIAN NATION A SPECIAL WAR IS WAGED!
Since the end of the Homeland War, when the Republic of Croatia was created in blood and sacrifices, after 888 years of waiting for the Croatian State, which has been systematically ripped off of its natural resources, with the help of Croatian traitors. We won the war but we are losing in peace all perspectives. We watch daily how our young people, pressed by poverty and being without any perspectives, are leaving the country. The methods of the enemy is to destroy the Croatian people and the Catholic faith: it is an identical situation as it had been after 1945, with the difference it is now being applied in a wiser way, without physical killings, but leaving us without necessary means of living, waging a special demographic war, which puts our survival in question, as well as our dear, blood-soaked ground of Croatia.
The current and the previous governments the Republic of Croatia have been supporting a construction of a gas power plant on the Peruča Lake, with these consequences, according to the well documented analyses of many scientists:
• Warming up of the Peruča Lake in the Cetina basin
• Production of 280,000 liters per day of wastewater
• Production 2.4 million kg of exhaust gas per hour
• Pollution of the pool with fresh water located beneath the whole of Dalmatia and Herzegovina
It means an environmental DISASTER for Dalmatia and Croatia. These facts are widely known, and they show that the areas from Istria to Dubrovnik, and the whole hinterland of Herzegovina, are situated on a vast pool of fresh drinking water, which makes Croatia the fourth rich state of fresh water in Europe, which is our GOLD, which should be protected by the Constitution. This big pool of fresh water is entirely associated with basin waters, which means that the construction of a gas power plant will cause losing fresh drinking water, poisoning people, animals, plants and all domestic healthy products, destroying the tourist industry: a key branch of the whole Croatian industry. It is worth mentioning that the whole of Dalmatia is supplied from tributaries above the pool by fresh drinking water.
One might ask a question why they are doing this?!? Here's the answer: First, political traitors and criminal interest groups intend to laundry billions of euros on the construction of a gas power plant, a known polluter, being closed down worldwide because proved to be highly uneconomic and polluting the environment; Second, to sell us our fresh water to the Croats and foreigners bottled, but at much high price. In addition, according to the verified information from multiple sources there are predictions that the foreign enemies want to create a "scorched earth" in Dalmatia, and depopulate the Croatian people from their historical soil in the long run. In the next 10, 15 or 30 years the inventors of the gas power plant (on which they had laundered billion dubious euros) would say that the gas power plant is unprofitable: a good reason for closing it. In regard to the area where it was built, they will turn "their" property to be used again as drinking water sold to the Croats at high prices, bringing “their" people to the already depolluted areas. Such an ungodly plan justifies the fact why the Republic of Croatia has not passed these laws yet: Law on karst, Law on Protection of drinking water, the right of every born person on drinking water Act, the Law which will protect the whole of Croatia as an ecological ground.
This is a graphical presentation of the Croatian water basin. The author of this image left out to present graphically that the basin of drinking water under the whole of Istra and Dalmatia, also stretches in Herzegovina: he has just drawn just a line, probably due to implanted fear that the Croats are still in position not to make any remarks which exceeds the "current" boundaries of Croatia. But, there is a common interest between two states to protect drinking water, and all that goes with it to the areas, where the Croats live.
…..
..
In addition, the enemies have devised plans to build the Lećevica regional landfill, with the active support of the current government of the Republic of Croatia, without taking into consideration any scientific and practical solutions, which say:
• Polluting of underground fresh water out of which the Cetina River, the Jadro River, the Krka River, and countless tributaries waterfalls are made: a real source of fresh drinking water for the whole of Dalmatia.
• Causing a poisoning of the population, tourists, plants, animals, and destruction of tourist industry and life of the Croatian people.
.
• All these plans are to be executed with outdated and legally forbidden technology.
These are facts, from which one can easily perceive hidden intentions of moving waste from the Karepovac landfill in Split, with additional costs to the elevated Lećevica landfill in order to poison pools of fresh water, intoxicate the local inhabitants and destroy life in Dalmatia. The raised voices of many scientists are hardly heard, due to public media blockage, whose owners are extended hands to the same criminal groups and political traitors. Although better solutions were offered to deal with this waste problem from the good examples in Germany and Austria, which cost 16 (sixteen) times cheaper than the Lećevica landfill, which lacks all right solutions and precautions, becoming an ecological bomb, while all these well intended proposals were chased away from Croatia, because their offers were contrary to the intentions of criminal groups and political traitors. When creating programs and studies to the Lećevica landfill and intentions of constructing the Peruča thermal gas power plant, many provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia were violated, including many laws and security codes. All pressed criminal charges against the hidden owners of the Lećevica and Peruća projects still collect dust in drawers the state attorney's office, with no answers to the questions put on the elaborated programs (which should be made public) from the County of Split-Dalmatia – have never been received, which proves that something dangerous is hiding from the eyes of the public.
Take a look at CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA:
Article 52
The sea, seashore, islands, waters, air space, mineral resources, and other natural assets, as well as land, forests, flora and fauna, other components of the natural environment, real estate and items of particular cultural, historical, economic or ecological significance which are specified by law to be of interest to the Republic of Croatia shall enjoy its special protection. The manner in which any assets of interest to the Republic of Croatia may be used and exploited by holders of rights thereto and by their owners, as well as compensation for any restrictions as may be imposed thereon, shall be regulated by law.
Article70
Everyone shall have the right to a healthy life. The state shall ensure conditions for a healthy environment. Everyone shall, within the scope of their powers and activities, accord particular attention to the protection of human health, nature and the human environment.
No one is obeying the provisions of the Constitution of the Republics of Croatia, including the Prime Minister of Republic of Croatia, who publicly advocates the construction of the Lećevica landfill center, boasting of it as a big success of his Government, despite the obvious violations of laws and provisions of the Constitution, although criminal charges were pressed for forged documentation and creation of the ecological bomb in Dalmatia.
In addition to this, there are dozens of eco-bombs planned and being executed in Croatia, with an intention of waging a special war to destroy the Homeland of Croatia, created with blood of patriots, which will be brought to the attention of the public by top scientists disclosing many hidden evidence at the big protest rally on the Split waterfront.
Therefore:
The Organizing Committee of patriots "Drinking Water" with the efforts (due to media blockade) and support of more than 50 (fifty) associations originating from the Homeland War, civil associations, environmental organizations from all of Croatia, and dozens of activists, and a number of small political parties will organize a Round table discussion of scientists on these issues on May 11, 2017 in the City of Split. .
The ultimate goal of the Organizing Committee of patriots "For Drinking Water" is to achieve goals and solutions given by top scientists as solid legislation proposals on karst, laws to the whole of Croatia to becomes ecologically protected, proposing laws on the protection of drinking water, proposing laws that everyone born has the right for drinking water, to propose legislation to ban imports of non-organic products, eventually disabling enemies and interest groups that poison the drinking water and in every perspective destroy Croatia, by blood acquired freedom of the Homeland , and the existence and perspectives of our young generations.
"For drinking water" protest event will inevitably have a positive impact on other upcoming events in all perspectives.
Organizational costs for technical needs, promotional activities, full accommodation of scientists in two days, recording videos, and a number of other costs in this great project will roughly amount to 40,000.00 (forty thousand) euros, which are members of the Organizing Committee of patriots "For Drinking Water "do not have. Likewise, associations that support us do not have the financial possibilities either, because they do not receive any money from the Republic of Croatia, while organizations that directly harm the national interests of the Republic of Croatian (eg. Teršelićka, Pusicć, Markovina, etc.) do receive a large amount of money from the Republic of Croatia and from abroad: regrettable but true!
Therefore:
we are forced to beg all Croats abroad, Croatian parishes and all citizens of the Croatian stock for financial help, according to their abilities, to donate to this bank account for the organization and implementation of the protest rally "For drinking water" at Split on 12 May 2017.

Every patriot and donator will therefore get the cash report the cost of the Organizing Committee and the certified accounts of the costs incurred, so that each donor could know exactly what was spent from the same from patriotic motives donated. Transparency bank account of the association oversees four other members of the association who have the email address of the association ubbranitelj@gmail.com to which regularly come bank statements of all transactions. We mention this because we are aware that many criminals in the past two decades cheated Croatian immigrants, asking for various financial aid "supposedly" for Croatia, which is many cases have brought Croatia in the present situation leading it into the wasteland.
We beg all who receive this appeal for donations to careful study the given links that are given in an attachment in order to become more familiar with the actual situation in the homeland of Croatia. All your questions will be answered.
All donors of this important event will be with gratitude publicly mentioned at the protest rally "For Drinking Water" and via the media, except if someone wants to stay private.
