Bright Cellars is a curated monthly wine subscription that matches you with wine based on your unique taste. The company's MIT co-founders built an algorithm to pair you with wine, so that you can find wines you'll love without drinking ones that you don't.
All you have to do is take the Bright Cellars Taste Palate Quiz to reveal your personal wine matches. It’s super easy: you’ll be asked questions like what type of chocolate you prefer, how you take your iced tea, your favorite cocktail, etc.
Then, the algorithm scores each wine in their inventory by comparing 18 attributes to your preferences. Each month you’ll receive four unique wines that you’re guaranteed to love. If not, your personal Wine Concierge will help you find the perfect replacement bottle; but we doubt that will happen.
What’s more, you get to rate their wine matches each month, helping the wine algorithm (why wasn’t this a thing we studied in math class?) continuously update your taste profile and ensure you’re always receiving wines you love.
So, check out Bright Cellars! Discover wines YOU actually want to drink.
Oh, and because you're friends and/or fam of the spoiled fam, you can take 50% off your first shipment.

Dear Economic Policy Institute friends and supporters,

On behalf of EPI’s Board, I write to invite your advice on the search for a new EPI President.

As you know, Larry Mishel has announced his plans to step down as president at the end of 2017. Larry has served EPI with extraordinary distinction and devotion. Thanks to his leadership, EPI is stronger, more innovative, inclusive and forward-looking.

We seek a new president to lead EPI’s growth through expanded research, and impact on federal policy, state and local initiatives, and through a broader, strategic use of social media. We welcome candidates who are skilled and strategic leaders and fund raisers, with the ability to substantively advance and communicate our work, and who share our commitment and values. A PhD in economics is preferred, although not required. We also encourage other candidates who understand economics and who demonstrate other critical and relevant strengths to apply.

As those of us on the presidential search committee pursue this consequential effort, we would be pleased to hear from you. In particular, we hope you will share your perspectives on:
  • The principal opportunities and challenges likely to face EPI in the coming years and the priorities that our new president should have most in mind;
  • The qualities and experience most important in the next president;
  • Any individuals you believe warrant serious consideration as possible candidates.
Your response to this letter will play an essential part in advancing our work. Please review the job announcement. We hope you will take time to share your perspectives with us. Please email your thoughts to epi@fordwebb.com. The committee will hold your replies in confidence.

We look forward to hearing from you, and we thank you in advance for your counsel.

Sincerely,

Richard Trumka, Chairman
Economic Policy Institute

Unatoč neopisivoj diktaturi i strahu, dr.

(A. Tuđman str.136).

(Opširnije u knjizi A. Tuđman)

Veleizdajnici Hrvatske i hrvatskog naroda

(HL 14. 4. 11. str 48-49 i HL 17. 2. 11).
