Strong bridges are being built between the Croatian homeland and the Croatian diaspora. This message from General Zeljko Glasnovic, Independent Member of the Croatian Parliament (Hrvatski sabor) for the Croatian diaspora goes out to every Croatian patriot worldwide with a message to come together and support the homeland.

1. ILLEGAL VOTING: WHAT DO STATES AND USCIS HAVE TO HIDE?
Allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, have raised concerns about the integrity of our election process, including voting by non-citizens. While politicians have political motivations to grandstand and obstruct, federal immigration officials have no such excuse. Read more

2. GOP LEADERSHIP WAVES THE WHITE FLAG ON REAL IMMIGRATION REFORM
Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), who may be young in years, but who is the poster boy for the party's ossified establishment, went to work dampening any expectations that we might have an immigration policy that serves the public interest any time soon. Read more

3. FLUMMOXED BY FACTS, IMMIGRATION LOBBY DOUBLES DOWN ON BAD POLICY
A new "fact sheet" from the American Immigration Council peddles the shopworn argument that the U.S. economy needs more immigrants. In fact, AIC is spreading dangerous myths that defy logic and undercut American workers. Read more

4. ACTING ICE DIRECTOR: PRESIDENT TRUMP HAS "TAKEN THE HANDCUFFS OFF LAW ENFORCEMENT."
Acting ICE Director Thomas Homan revealed that illegal border crossings have dropped 70 percent, which he claims is "a historic low." He also announced that arrests of immigration violators inside the country increased by 40 percent. Read more

5. THE NEXT MASS MIGRATION CRISIS: WHEN VENEZUELA FAILS
The next migration crisis to affect the United States will come from Venezuela. But the United States doesn't appear to have formulated any plan to respond to a mass exodus originating from this South American nation. And, at present, it is unclear whether Venezuela is even on the Trump administration's radar as a source of migrants seeking humanitarian relief. Read more

Kardinal Burke: 10 načina kako se nositi s krizom zbunjenosti i podjelama u Crkvi

by Robert

Urge the governments of Ecuador and China to keep Big Oil out of the Amazon!
A Chinese oil company wants to drill for oil in one of the most biodiverse places on Earth.
In 2016, the government of Ecuador granted a Chinese oil company two contracts to explore and exploit the Ecuadoran Amazon. The area at risk is also home to the indigenous Sapara people -- a small nation of 560 people in 25 settlements.
If Big Oil drills in this region, it would devastate the Sapara community and the ecosystem they live in. The governments of Ecuador and China could stop this. But we need you to pressure them to act!
Urge the governments of Ecuador and China to keep Big Oil out of the Amazon!
The Sapara people have fiercely defended their home since time immemorial. They see themselves as protectors of these lands.
The region includes the Conambo, Pindoyacu, Jandiayacu, Corrientes and Tigre Rivers that nourish their pristine forests and drain into the mighty Amazon. Gloria Ushigua of the Sapara Women’s Association even said, “The spirits of our ancestors, who reside in our mountains, visit us in our dreams and care for the animals, trees, waterfalls and pools.”
But oil development would put all that at risk. Crude oil spills poison the soil, water systems and all the creatures that call the Amazon home. Drilling for crude oil in the Amazon has a triple carbon impact as well: the emissions released when cutting down the rainforest, the destruction of the world’s largest carbon sink and the burning of the oil. All this accelerates climate change.

And this whole process was done without their consent. No process of Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) was conducted -- even though it is required both under Ecuadoran law and international law.
Tell Ecuador and China to respect indigenous rights and get Big Oil out of this pristine territory!
Ecuador has a long history of failing to prevent major oil spills from oil companies. For instance, fifty years ago, Texaco  started drilling for oil in the Amazon. Its actions helped to wipe out the indigenous cultures and traditional ways of life for both the Tetetes and Sanshauri Indigenous Nations. We cannot allow this to happen again!
The Sapara people are pulling out all the stops to keep Big Oil out of their homeland. Now, they’re asking you to support their push for Chinese and Ecuadorian governments to defend their people. Will you join them?
Sign the Saparas’ letter to help protect their territory from Big Oil!
Standing with you,
Jeff Conant,
Senior international forests program manager,

WSI TV:  Your “global chaos profit playbook”

By Sean Bower

Hello,

The U.S. and North Korea are on the brink of a full-fledged war, but that shouldn’t scare you into hiding.

Just like the Russian oil play we were handed last week, this new form of global chaos could hand us our biggest profit yet.

There’s no way of us rectifying the tensions between Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un, so we might as well accept the windfall from it that our global chaos profit playbook is going to provide.

We outline the 4 simple profit stages for you in this short video…

Note from the Editor:  I’m going to hand you some bank codes that could each add over $800 to your account within the next 7 minutes. But before I give them to you, I need you to promise that you’re not going to show anybody. You’ve been exclusively selected to receive these and I wouldn’t want the word getting out. Click here  if you can keep that promise.
