To extend the reach of our fashion brands and enter new markets, we are building our own technical platform, which will enable the always fast, always fresh approach and the mission and vision of zLabels. This position will allow you to directly impact the business of zLabels by solving problems cutting across a lifecycle of a fashion product, from initial design, through manufacturing and logistics, until final distribution.
As a Junior Manager Supply Chain Network Development at zLabels you Work to continuously improve the inbound transportation network
YOU ARE SETTING STANDARDS
Take ownership: You will create alignment between stakeholders on new capabilities. Your aim is to constantly support the Senior Manager in the improvement and implementation of current and future projects i.e. 4PL implementation, in-and outsourcing decision making, improvement of transparency in sample network, cost efficiency, sourcing of external services, Tender Management and many more. You will lead some of the smaller projects and work streams.
Create alignment and Calculate Success: You'll play an active role in continuous process improvement and will solve occurring problems on-the-go as well as regularly be involved with relevant stakeholders to understand cross-functional requirements and to work collaboratively on solutions. Your tools are KPI's to ensure that SLAs are met.
Advance on your Tour of Mastery: You have gained already experience (2-3 years) in Logistics operations or other related procurement or logistics functions. but at zLabels your Tour of Mastery does not end here. You will learn and by working on exciting cross functional projects
YOU ARE SKILLED
You are experienced. You have experience in Project and Process Management. You are no stranger to e-commerce Supply Chain mechanisms and have a passion for logistics.
Effective collaborator. You can think through solutions first and prioritize in various situations. Collaboration is important and therefore you excel in stakeholder management, all with the prime goal to reach overall performance.
Analytical communicator. You are good in taking part and organising numerous meetings and presentations. You possess the knowledge on how to model new processes (i.e. in ARIS).
key skill that will serve for the season review meetings which will be your platform to communicate efficiently and convince key stakeholders to follow your analytical and strategic findings. English is your strong suit and any other language that you possess is also a real asset.
