Politička stranka SDP nije u hrvatskoj javnosti opovrgla izjavu Nenada Stazića njihova istaknutog člana i zastupnika u Hrvatskom saboru koji izjavljuje „da bi Istrijani trebali razmisliti da postupe kao Katalonci“. Takvim ponašanjem SDP djeluje protuustavno jer podriva demokratski poredak i ugrožava opstojnost Republike Hrvatske. Stazić prima plaću u Hrvatskom saboru i radi protiv Republike Hrvatske. Kao bezdušan, sklon je varati nevine i naivne duše, srpskim diplomatskim stilom. Ne priznaje Ustav Republike Hrvatske da je svatko dužan držati se Ustava i prava i poštivati pravni poredak Republike Hrvatske i da se granice Republike Hrvatske mogu mijenjati samo odlukom Hrvatskog sabora Pozivamo Ustavni sud Republike Hrvatske da donese odluku o protuustavnosti SDP-a sukladno odredbi članka 6. st.4. Ustava Republike Hrvatske.
