When it comes to apartment insurance, second in importance to your home possessions is a record of your home possessions.

You can do this easily with a home survey. Here’s how:

1. A comprehensive home inventory should include a spreadsheet with the item description (make, model, serial number, value, and purchase date).

Even more important for showing proof of ownership is having a visual record of your possessions. Thirty or so digital photos are easy to forward to an adjuster.

2. It’s important to thoroughly document your belongings to help the claims process go smoothly. Move from room to room, listing items as you go — and list their receipts, credit card statements, and appraisals (include the appraiser’s name and address).

3. Use cloud storage, like Google Docs or Dropbox, which can also store images.

Remember: Written inventories are useful for reminding you what was in your possession when making a claim, but they are not accepted as proof of ownership — digital photos and credit card receipts are.

Two years ago, I witnessed him make $23,000 over breakfast… Now, he's designed a set of trading tools that do what everybody said could not be done…

Just when I think I cannot be surprised by anything anymore, someone comes along and blows the top of my head off with innovations so strong that I almost cannot believe them…

I mean, I knew the guy was good. I've known Vlad Ribakov for years and was actually on the phone with him two years ago when he made what I've come to call "the oatmeal trade…"

Where he made $23,000.00 over his breakfast, while we were on the phone.

This massive game-changing system could make you thousands over breakfast too. See it here.

And if you have read the last couple of emails I have sent, you have seen that Vlad seems to have succeeded at the impossible…

To create optimal trading conditions - at will - in nearly any market…

Click display images to see chart

See how the image on the left is "Full" of Scorpios? Those ID potential trades in Vlad's new system, but there are way too many signals because the market is sideways…

What Vlad's system can do is take that same market and "create" optimal trading conditions, on demand, by adjusting the Scorpios.

This one tool could take the guesswork out of trading a sideways markets…

Even a flat, ranging one.

Have another look at that image. The one on the right is what you see in the same "sideways market," but all the garbage noise is gone and the signals are clear as a bell.

And those signals are as simple, that if you can count to four, you can trade with Forex Scorpio Code.

See how the Scorpio Code Dashboard limits your risk and follows price more accurately, here.

Vlad just showed his Scorpio Code members last week how to DRAMATICALLY decrease risk and instantly improve your returns on almost every trade… Even so that you could trade with ZERO risk.

But I am not at liberty to give away all Vlad's secrets. To get them you do have to join his exclusive trading club…

And then he'll hand them out to you like candy…

Seriously, his first members-only webinar was last week, and he blew his members away with all the solid, instantly useable tricks he shared…Click display images to see chart

I got to be a fly on the wall in that webinar and I can tell you that Vlad gave the most exciting demonstration of what trading could be - what it should be - that I have seen in years, and he's only just getting started.

So if you want to start making consistent cash, regardless of the market…

Click display images to see chart

And do it in only minutes a day - even from your smartphone…

Click display images to see chart

You need to join Vlad's members, right here, right now.

To your trading success,

Adrian Jones,
"Next Generation Trading"

P.S. How do these advanced tools work for the 'regular guys' like us? Like this…

Click display images to see chart

No joke. Vlad has perfected a mechanical method that could make anybody cash - in nearly any conditions.

Get it for yourself at a huge 90% discount off the cost of each tool, right here.

RESPECTED FRIENDS,

Tell Darden: Stop serving meat that is raised with routine antibiotics!
Darden -- the owner of Olive Garden -- is still refusing to adopt a responsible policy to protect public health by limiting the use of antibiotics by its meat suppliers.

Those antibiotics get into our food supply. They fuel the rise of antibiotic-resistant infections in people -- one of our nation’s leading public health threats.

In two weeks, Darden’s shareholders will vote on a proposal to prohibit its suppliers from giving antibiotics to animals that are not sick. We need your help to ramp up pressure on Darden to act!
Tell Darden to say NO to the use of routine antibiotics in its meat and poultry production.

According to the Centers for Disease Control, the overuse of antibiotics in animal production is a major contributor to the rise of antibiotic resistance in humans. This that has resulted in tens of thousands of deaths each year.

Antibiotics are fed to these animals in order to keep them alive in filthy, crowded conditions. In other words, this is a symptom of a broken, polluting and dangerous meat production system.

Other companies have decided to act. KFC, Jack in the Box and Wendy’s have introduced policies to curb the routine use of antibiotics in their chicken supply.

But Darden -- the nation’s largest casual restaurant company -- still hasn’t made any meaningful commitments.
Tell Darden to stop putting public health at risk by adopting a strong policy prohibiting the use of routine antibiotics in its meat supply.

Instead of contributing to a healthier food system, Darden claims it has consulted stakeholders in creating a new food policy to “address the Company’s commitment to the safety and sustainability of our supply chain.”

The truth is that after two years, Darden still won’t even talk to many of its stakeholders. It’s ignoring investors and the public when we call on it to set a timeline to address routine antibiotic use.

Tell Darden: It’s not sustainable or safe to keep feeding daily doses of antibiotics and other drugs to animals that aren’t sick.
We need to make it harder for these bad corporate actors to continue to put profits above public health, workers, animal welfare and the environment.
Even if you don’t eat at Olive Garden, changing the nation’s largest restaurant chain will move the entire restaurant sector to serve more responsibly produced food.

Help flood the nation’s biggest restaurant company’s comment inbox and tell it to serve food that’s better for people and the planet!
Thank you,Kari Hamerschlag,
