Poštovani povjereniče Agrokora!
U posjedu smo čvrstih dokaza, odnosno dokumentacije da Dalmatinska banka d.d., sada OTP banka nije isplatila osnivače Dalmatinske banke d.d. Popis osnivača (dioničara), njih 140 s osnivačkim ulozima nalazi se u registru Trgovačkog suda u Zadru. Isplaćen je samo jedan osnivač, odnosno dioničar „Bagat precizna mehanika“, nitko ostali. Jedan od osnivača Dalmatinske banke je i Tvornica za preradu soje Zadar, koja je uplatila ukupni iznos sredstava u iznosu 2.000.000.000,00 tadašnjih dinara, a što je vidljivo iz popisa osnivača koji se nalazi u Trgovačkom sudu u Zadru. Prvo poduzeće u pretvorbi i privatizaciji koje je Ivica Todorićpreuzeo je bila Tvornica za preradu soje Zadar, kada je i počeo njegov poslovni uspon. Pošto je Tvornica za preradu soje Zadar jedan od osnivača Dalmatinske banke smatramo da kao povjerenik za Agrokor zatražite od OTP banke naknadu štete za osnivačke dionice jer se radi preko 30 milijuna kuna.Novaca ima jer i druga poslovno uspješna poduzeća koja se nalaze u sastavu Agrokora su osnivači hrvatskih banka – vlasništvo poduzeća. To bi trebalo sve biti vidljivo po završnom računu u rubrici konto 1. i 9. Evo poštovani Ramljaku, Agrokor ima sredstava samo ih treba zatražiti.
