Polski sąd proponuje posiedzenie wyjazdowe w Niemczech
Skoro czterech niemieckich świadków obawia się przyjazdu do Polski w celu złożenia zeznań w procesie przeciwko producentom filmu „Nasze Matki, Nasi Ojcowie”, to polski sąd proponuje zorganizowanie posiedzenia wyjazdowego. W Niemczech.

Jerzy Pasieka i mec. Monika Brzozowska z kancelarii Pasieka, Derlikowski, Brzozowska i Partnerzy.

Będziemy informować o dalszych postanowieniach.

Help save the EPA from Trump's attacks: Give $15 or more NOW!

Donald Trump is ramping up his assault on the Environmental Protection Agency.
He’s poised to roll back our standards for auto emissions. He’s signed Executive Orders to undo the Clean Power Plan and Clean Water Rule. And he’s proposed cutting the agency by more than 30%.
We need your help to fight back!
Give $15 to Friends of the Earth Action and stop Donald Trump’s attacks on the EPA!
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
Trump’s actions undermine the EPA’s ability to limit climate-disrupting emissions. And they roll back efforts to protect America’s rivers and streams.
Meanwhile, Trump is firing some of the EPA’s top scientists and staffing the agency with industry lobbyists.
This is an all-out assault on our climate, water, and public health. And it’s the opposite of what we should be doing. Time is running out to prevent climate chaos. We need stronger action to avoid the worst, not a rollback of our existing rules.
Stop Trump from undoing a decade’s worth of progress for our environment: Give $15 NOW!
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
Donald Trump doesn’t care about protecting our planet. He only cares about helping his friends in the fossil fuel industry. And he’s filling his administration with people who agree with that agenda.
Scott Pruitt -- Trump’s pick to lead the EPA -- has received nearly $315,000 in campaign contributions from fossil fuel industries. And while leading the Republican Attorneys General Association, Pruitt raised at least $3.5 million from fossil fuel interests.
With Trump’s government full of Big Oil cronies, our best chances to stop the attacks on our environment are in Congress and the courts.
So at Friends of the Earth Action, we’re demanding that Congress rein in Trump’s attacks on the EPA. We’re training members like you to push your Representatives to stand up to Trump.
At the same time, we’re taking Trump to court to block these attacks.
Thanks to you, we stopped Trump’s deep cuts to the EPA in last month’s budget process. And we defeated a rollback of the BLM methane rule. But we need your help to keep this work going.
Give $15 or more to Friends of the Earth Action and help block Trump’s attacks on our environment.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
