RESPECTED FRIENDS,

Tell your Senators: Protect the EPA, not Big Polluters.
Rumors are swirling that Republican leaders in the Senate are about to try to ram through a measure that would lead to giant giveaways for corporations and polluters.
This is the first step in the GOP’s plan to send Big Oil a massive tax cut, drill in some of our last wild places, and gut the EPA.
We need your help to stop this looming disaster for people and the planet! Tell your Senators: No giveaways to Big Oil! The GOP is looking to hand $1.5 trillion in tax cuts to corporate polluters and billionaires through a disastrous budget bill. This would put us on a path to slashing the EPA and gutting our most basic environmental protections. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they’re trying to tack on a provision allowing Big Oil to drill in our national treasure, the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. The evidence is clear: This bill is good for Big Oil and bad for the environment.
Tell your Senators to stand up for our communities and the planet, not Big Polluters! Our climate is already at a tipping point, and Senate leaders are pushing us further toward climate chaos. But we can still stop this bill. Republican leadership may not have the votes they need. They know the American people don’t want to gut the EPA or send trillions to polluters. That’s why your voice matters now more than ever. We only need a couple Republicans to join every Democrat to stop this bill. This is a fight we can win. Will you join the fight today? Tell your Senators: Vote no on giveaways to the fossil fuel industry!
Standing with you,
Lukas Ross,
Climate and energy campaigner,
Friends of the Earth
