Council May Talk China The European Central Bank is not expected to change monetary policy when it meets in Frankfurt on Thursday. The monthly report on the state of the job market is always closely watched. But this one is under Wall Street's microscope because it is the last one before Federal Reserve policy makers meet in late September to decide whether to raise interest rates for the first time since the recession - a move they have signaled they plan to make soon. Wall Street is looking for slightly more than 200,000 jobs to have been added for the month and an unemployment rate that has stayed flat at 5.3 percent. A significantly more robust number might nudge the Fed to move, but global market volatility recently has prompted some analysts to predict a December rate increase. One wild card: In seven of the last 10 years, the August number for payrolls has come in 48,000 below the consensus, only to be revised upward later, according to RBS. In the course of evaluating a claim made by the Alliance Defending Freedom, a prolife group, PolitiFact Georgia’s crack investigators learned from a spokesperson for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America that the organization “does not provide mammograms at any of its health centers.” Since such facilities must be licensed by the Food and Drug Administration, no PPFA facility can legally perform a mammogram.

Taxpayer-Funded Planned Parenthood Spends $517,000 Defending Its Sales of Aborted Babies
A new report indicates the Planned Parenthood abortion business has spent $517,000 defending itself as a series of undercover investigative videos have exposed its practice of selling aborted babies and their body parts for research after killing the babies in abortions. Planned Parenthood currently receives $550 million in taxpayer funds annually despite the fact that it is the nation’s leading abortion business — killing over 330,000 babies in abortions every year.
