Top Army General Points Out The Fatal Flaw In Trump's Big Iraq Strategy

Brac Island is Croatia’s Jewel in the Ocean

Brac Island is Croatia’s Jewel in the Oceanactivity holidaysBrac Island is Croatia’s Jewel in the Ocean Welcome to the island paradise of Brac, the largest of central Dalmatian islands lying in the Adriatic sea off the coast of Croatia. Brac island is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Adriatic and a must visit beach while you are there is Zlatni Rat. The island is alive with gorgeous scenery, wildlife and activities for you to enjoy on your vacation. Popular for sailing holidays and watersports enthusiasts the island also boasts a lively culture rich in heritage and folklore. The island is home to over twenty settlements and one of fascinating little place to visit is Bol, located on the south west of the island, here you can visit an ancient Dominican monastery where you can purchase local wine. Did someone mention wine?  The island's roads are lined with olive trees leading to little villages where local wineries and olive oil mills, foodies will love this aspect of the island.Whether it's sailing holidays you are after or you just want to visit a place that provides you with a friendly welcome and endless supplies of fresh delicious seafood and local wine this is the place to visit. Come and discover for yourself. The only thing better than enjoying a day of kayaking from Omis to Brac and cycling through olive groves and quarries is when you get to do all that in great company. We had Brac welcome board come and greet us for our start in town of Omis. My dear friends Steka and Neven are joining Tea, Sajko, Mislav and myself for kayaking to Supetar. They've even left Sutivan for our Welcome adventure and put off all of their preparations for one of my personally favourite, most original events with the most positive atmosphere in the world Vanka regule festival. The whole delegation from Brac came sailing on a boat, a real, original, the oldest „bracera“ on the Adriatic – traditional sailing boat "Roditelj". This boat, which is more than hundred years old, holds a name of the island where it was put together, and is just one of many fantastic projects to come out of Brac tourist worker's shop. Mr. Ivo Cvitanic and the Supetar Tourist board are really the ones responsible for the reconstruction and return of bracera to the island of Brac. Thanks to them and a couple of enthusiasts, the library, the town of Supetar and the Bracera association, Supetar has acquired a completely unique product with guaranteed success. There are some serious plans for „Roditelj“, which is under protection as cultural and historical heritage. There are traditional workshops set up, educational sailing trips for children, classic tourist cruises, exclusive parties, weddings and much, much more! This is a perfect example how old values can have a new life when clear vision and good organisation are put together. „Brac – island of culture and adventure – now that is a project with a great sounding slogan. The fact that all the tourist boards from surrounding islands gathered to work on this project should give you an idea of how fantastic it really is.Rowing through the Brac channel, in great company aboard „Roditelj“, on calm sea... it was wonderful. I kept turning around and admiring Omis and the estuary of river Cetina, carved into cliffs of Mosor and Omiska Dinara. As if the scene wasn't magical enough, we were joined by a school of dolphins swimming quietly along. At this point Mislav said: „If I was seeing this in a film, it would be completely kitsch!“. Except this wasn't film and it was completely beautiful. Ivo Cvitanic met us at the docks in Supetar and treated us to a delicious lunch. There was quite a few tourists sightseeing, about twenty or so cyclists happily looking around, tour guides doing their bit... it is good to see this island of culture and adventure isn't just a dead letter on our Welcome journey. We carried on from Supetar to Sutivan on our bikes. This small place with its pentagonal tower and a beautiful church-tower has an air of very special energy and peace about it. I've been coming here for over thirteen years, especially for the Vanka regule festival, where I have met many special friends and very dear people. I have in fact been wondering for years now what is it about this place that makes me feel so serene (apart from during the Vanka regule festival, for obvious reasons).I found the answer one day, looking at a very elaborate monography on this town. First of all I was surprised they had managed to fill over 500 pages, but when I read all about its thousand year old history, culture, its people, sailors, fishermen, olive tree growers, I realized this book was just a scrapbook of a really rich and amazing history. Sajko's cousin Zeljko and both of our coordinators, Cedo and Ivan, joined us in Sutivan. We took our bikes to the Blaca desert, our aim for the day. Very steep and long macadam made us all sigh a bit, even moan at times, but our spirits were up. We went through rich olive groves, famous quarries, and I'll admit, we passed by a bar and had some well deserved beer. Throughout this trip, though, we were witnessing this constant battle, or coexistence, depending on how you look at it, between man and island, only to discover the magnificent peak in the desert Blaca. In the middle of the canyon, accessible only through small hiking paths, there is a 16th century monastery, established by Glagolitic priests from Poljica that fled to Brac running away from the Turks (Glagolitic Order, named after Glagoljica – ancient Croatian alphabet). The monastery is closed at the moment, in part due to refurbishments, but also due to danger from escarpment. However, we were told by Jasna Damjanovic, director of Brac culture center, that it should reopen by the beginning of June, with some new access paths and visiting regimes. We switched off our GPS at Blaca. It was the end of our first day at Brac – the island of culture and adventure.

Early 80's Floorfillers - March 1982

A fascinating insight on how the fading Jazz-Funk scene gave way to the emerging Electro-Funk movement in the early 80’s, ‘Greg Wilson’s Early 80’s Floorfillers’, marks the 30th anniversary of when these tracks first appeared. Compiled from his record lists of the time, and unfolding month by month, Greg Wilson counts down the Top 10 Floorfillers played at his venues during the key years of ’82 and ’83. Featured, most notably, on his Tuesday sessions at Wigan Pier and Wednesday gatherings at Legend in Manchester, the most cutting-edge weekly black music nights of the era, these were the clubs most associated with the evolving Electro-Funk sound.

Rush_LimbaughObama Is Saying, 'I Don't Need You... I Already Got The UN. It's Gonna Happen. I Don't Care. You Guys Are Just Exercising Your Own Folly Here. I Don't Need You Guys To Vote For This. It's Already A Done Deal.'" -Rush Limbaugh

It's already becoming clear. Even if 43 Democrats in the House of Representatives and 13 Democrats in the Senate override Barack Obama's threatened veto of his so-called Iran Nuclear Deal, Barack Obama intends to implement it by Executive Decree anyway.

As Rush says, the whole kabuki charade of Congress holding a vote is nothing more than an exercise in folly. Congress is spinning its wheels because Barack Hussein Obama really has no intention whatsoever of letting Congress or the courts stand in the way of his scheme to give Iran a glide path to obtain nuclear weapons. Even if they veto... he'll decree it anyway.

And, that being the case, what must happen now to stop Barack Obama should be more than clear. If Mitch McConnell and John Boehner hold this sham vote, they are only facilitating Obama's lawlessness. Instead, they need to tell Barack Hussein Obama that there is no agreement with Iran... no removal of sanctions... and no release of 150 Billion dollars in frozen assets that Iran will only use to fund acts of terrorism through the world. Iran gets NOTHING... PERIOD.

The Cat Is Out Of The Bag. This So-Called Deal Was Nothing More Than A Ruse To Give Iran Nuclear Weapons.

Even Barack Obama knew he could not get away with simply declaring, from the get-go, that he was going to give Iran a free-and-clear path to obtain nukes. It was far better to devise a phony-baloney negotiation that he could sell to a willfully ignorant public as a means to stop Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons.

Of course, this so-called deal stops nothing.  It accelerates Iran's path to obtaining nukes by giving Iran a pathway to obtain them in the next 10-15 years (that's assuming that Iran actually complies with the terms of the deal... and they won't), but why be bothered with such pesky details.

But aside from this obvious deception, it is now known, based on a report that was released from MEMRI on August 10, 2015, that Barack Obama and John Kerry already secretly recognized Iran's right to enrich uranium as far back as 2011.

Here's Limbaugh referring to the report from MEMRI: "Now, the second thing we were lied about, even before the negotiations began, is John Kerry, who was a senator at the time, acting on Obama's orders, had already recognized Iran's right to enrich uranium on their own soil."

In reality, Iran is not violating the deal they made with Barack Obama. What we may view as cheating on Iran's part is actually Iran complying with a secret side deal Iran made with Barack Obama that goes back to 2011 as well as the secret side deals that are part of what was allegedly negotiated last month.

In other words, Barack Obama and the mullahs of Iran secretly agreed to violate this sham deal BEFORE they apparently made the deal. This deal is just one big con job. Congress is being punked... you're being punked... we're all being punked.

It's time to put a stop to the deception. It's time to tell our elected officials in Washington to do what they do best... NOTHING... no vote under the provisions of the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act... no 150 billion dollars for Iran that will simply be used to finance global terrorism... no release of sanctions... Iran gets NOTHING.

And they need to make it clear to Mr. Barack Hussein Obama that any attempt at compliance when it comes to this so-called Iran Deal will bring about severe repercussions. That's the message our politicians need to hear and it's a message they need to hear right now.

Use the hyperlink below to send your urgent Blast Faxes to each and every Republican Member of the United States Senate.

It All Makes Sense Now...
Limbaugh wasn't the only one sounding the alarm. The more details that emerge, the more this whole sordid tale moves into focus.

The media elites aren't reporting it yet, but if you search the Internet, you'll see that a number of stories have already emerged over the past several days that are designed to give Barack Obama cover should he see the need to implement his so-called Iran Deal by Executive Decree.

VICE News, for example, just reported: "A potential veto-proof majority in Congress that rejects the agreement might prove to be of little legal consequence in determining the fate of the pact. In a way, Obama has already committed the nation to abide by the Iran deal under international law — even before Congress has taken action on it."

You read that right, Barack Obama will claim he is justified in issuing a dictatorial degree because he is compelled to do so by something that liberals believe trumps the Constitution... INTERNATIONAL LAW... And that's exactly why Barack Obama dirty-dealed Congress and took his deal to the America-haters at the United Nations BEFORECongress would have a chance to take their token vote.

Magicians call what Obama is doing misdirection:

       - Barack Obama secretly gave the terrorist state of Iran his full-throated, but secret, permission to enrich uranium as far back as 2011. Then he made a public show of openly negotiating a treaty with Iran to cover-up what he had already done behind our backs.

       - But he knew that he could never muster 67 votes in the United States Senate to ratify his treaty, so he called his treaty a diplomatic agreement and told Congress he was going to implement it anyway.

       - Instead of standing up to Obama, the hopelessly predictable, Mitch McConnell and John Boehner's begged Barack Obama not to do it. Please Mr. Obama, we'll suspend the Constitution and give you what you want, just give us a token vote so we can deceive the stupid yokels who vote for us into believing that we oppose you. Obama magnanimously agreed to their sniveling pleas.

       - And now... as Boehner and McConnell hopelessly spin their wheels attempting to find a 2/3 majority to stop Barack Obama, Obama is sitting back in the chair in the office he usurped so long ago and he's LAUGHING, because even if Congress overrides his veto, he knows he's simply going to go ahead and implement his Iran deal anyway.

Why is Obama playing this pathetic game?

He's doing it because he's lawless... he's doing it because he believes it's fun to watch Congress waste its time chasing its own tail... he doing it because he wants to make Congress look foolish and stupid and show them, once and for all, that he's The Boss of the United States of America... and, most of all, he's doing it simply because he believes he can do it...

Barack Obama can be stopped, but no one is going to do it for us. It's up to every patriotic American who is reading this urgent appeal to keep logging faxes and phone call into Washington. It's up to each and every one of us to fight this fight because, if we don't, we will lose our country.
