Dear ,
Tell Mayors and Governors: Don't let Trump destroy the planet!

Donald Trump is pulling the United States out of the Paris Climate Agreement. He’s making us a rogue state on climate. But while Trump tries to destroy our planet, cities and states are stepping up to help save it. Already, 12 states and Puerto Rico, and 246 mayors, have pledged to take stronger climate action. Now, we need your help to get more state and local leaders on board!
Tell Governors and Mayors across the country: Don’t let Trump destroy the planet!Climate change is already starting to impact our lives. We’re seeing more extreme weather events. People are losing their homes to flooding and wildfires.
Mayors and governors can help avoid the worst impacts. They can reduce emissions. They can invest in clean energy. And their actions don’t depend on who is in the White House.Sign the petition: Tell local leaders to take strong action on climate.Trump’s decision to leave Paris is his latest attempt to hand our planet over to the fossil fuel industry. It shows his contempt for science, the international community, and the welfare of people around the world. We need to do much more to prevent climate chaos, not walk back the steps we’ve already taken. If Donald Trump is going to disregard Americans and his own business advisors, we need to push local leaders to act. That’s where you come in.
Tell Governors and Mayors to stop Trump from putting us on a path to climate chaos!
Standing with you,
Ben Schreiber,Senior political strategist,
