Petition: Fight sex trafficking across the U.S. for Game Day

Dear STJEPAN,

As Houston, TX prepares to host the big game on February 5th, there's something much bigger at stake for countless U.S. kids... they're being bought and sold into sexual slavery, including during major sporting events like this one.

The city itself has already begun taking necessary measures to ensure that our children’s safety is a priority. But as a reader of The Nation, you know the only way to defeat a nationwide injustice like sex trafficking is to take unified action.

That's why I'm asking you – a conscientious and fair-minded individual – to sign our Not a Game petition today to urge cities like Houston across America to protect our kids from the commercial sex trade.

The sad truth is that sex trafficking is as American as football... and homeless kids, alone and desperate, are this insidious industry's preferred prey.

At Covenant House, we provide direct care for these vulnerable young victims and are working hard to expose their abusers for the criminals they are – but we need your help.

Please sign our petition before the big game, and join the fight against sex trafficking in America.

Thank you in advance for standing up for these forgotten kids.

Sincerely,
Kevin Ryan
President
Covenant House

Founded in 1972, Covenant House is the largest privately funded charity in the Americas. We rescue homeless kids and provide them with the loving care and support they so desperately need.
