"זו פעם ראשונה שאני חוגגת פסח לבד ואין לי מושג מה עושים" כתבה לנו אם חד הורית וקיבלה תשובה מפורטת; "האם תוכלו לשלוח לי סיפור מרתק עם מסר שאוכל לספר לילדיי בליל הסדר"? ביקש אבא - וקיבל; "אין לי כיצד לחגוג את הפסח" כתבה אחת בדמעות ומיהרנו לקשר אותה עם ארגונים שיוכלו לסייע לה; וכמובן, מאות פניות שמתקבלות בבקשה באיתור סדרים עם חב"ד ברחבי העולם. לכל הפניות אנו משיבים באופן אישי.
וזה לא הכול.
