Vrhovni sud u cijelosti je ukinuo nepravomoćnu presudu u slučaju Fimi media, a Ivi Sanaderu određen je istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od bijega. Taj istražni zatvor mijenja mu se jamčevinom od 12,4 milijuna kuna, što znači da će Sanader na slobodu izaći kad taj iznos položi na račun suda.
