Thousands upon thousands flocked to see her. And many joined in her weeping…..But all is not lost!

I would like to give you a FREE PHOTO of Mary, depicting a very special miracle that happened in my own lifetime: The place: A parish church in New Orleans. The date: July 21, 1972; 44 years ago today!

The miracle: A pilgrim Virgin statue of Our Lady of Fatima weeps REAL TEARS. Yes, just 44 years ago this poignant event occurred, right in our own country.

I only wish I could tell you she was weeping tears of joy.

But, alas, you and I know differently; as they did at the Passion, tears of sorrow silently streamed down Holy Mary’s stricken face.

And why? Why did the Mother of God weep before her children?

Was it because, over half a century had passed since her warnings at Fatima, and still mankind refused to turn away from sin?

After two World Wars, so much death and tragic loss, we still turned a deaf ear to her pleas?

Could it be that her maternal heart knew that the passing of Roe v. Wade was less than a year away? That soon in the “land of the free” women would, under the protection of law, be allowed to kill the precious life growing within them?

Or perhaps God allowed her a brief glimpse into 2016.

Only one year from the glorious Centennial of her apparitions at Fatima, what could she have seen?

Same-sex “marriage,” persecution of her Son’s followers all over the globe, the insanity of gender identity? Need I go on?

For any – or all – of these reasons, the fact remains:

An International Pilgrim Virgin statue, cast specifically according to Sister Lucia’s description of Our Lady of Fatima, wept REAL TEARS.

Thousands upon thousands flocked to see her. And many joined in her weeping…..

Scientists collected the tears; tested them; and proved what devout Catholics already knew in their hearts.

These were REAL TEARS, human tears.

     But all is not lost!

Stjepan, can you imagine with me that perhaps an angel gathered up those precious tears.

And just maybe brought them to the throne of God….

…and with those precious gems – worth more than all the diamonds in the world - purchased for mankind the gift of time; more time to heed our Mother’s call at Fatima to:

“Prayer … Penance … Conversion.”

It is to honor those tears shed so many years ago today that I write to you, my dear friend.

I write to encourage you to never give up your efforts to …

Pray more; do penance for poor sinners; and work toward converting our pagan culture.

Stjepan, Our Lady sees – and treasures – your efforts to wipe away her tears forever and bring about her promised victory cry:

“In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph!”

I remain your friend,
In Jesus and Mary,
