Climate change wreaking havoc in Brazil, women warned not to get pregnant

                           WELCOME TO REPUBLIC CROATIA

While many establishment Republicans quickly distanced themselves, not all of the GOP candidates have come out against his plan, and his rhetoric isn't even that outside the norm. Plus, Arnold Schwarzenegger has a tough question for climate change deniers: would theychoose to suffocate themselves?

Good morning from Washington, where many eyes are on Paris. Nolan Peterson writes from the City of Light that French leaders have yet to rally the world against the dark forces of ISIS. Meanwhile, as The Heritage Foundation's Kim Holmes and Steve Groves observe in separate commentaries, the climate summit in Paris prompts fanciful history and wishful spending from President Obama. Back in D.C., Melissa Quinn shows why critics regard one part of Obamacare as a bailout for insurers.
