Who hacked Yahoo? Yahoo confirms huge data breach affecting 500 million accounts, blames 'state-sponsored actor'

WHO HACKED YAHOO?

Barbara Cerinski the hacker was ordered to come to my cell phone number and he hacked yahoo.com in my yahoo mail shows that the stolen cell phone number as well as details of my friend Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Stef Scott ... and then its workers performed daily pressure on my friends line with the numbers who stayed on the phone and the phone, except that there is a written record that is sent to your home address, my friend Anica. Chapter 0 : Something is not right in Yahoo?!What is a corporation Yahoo did not sanction the perpetrators  of asking me what happened? Now the workers who took the secret number of my cell phone and called every day disturb my friends (calls to my number of calls can be set up by FBI agents and CIA) Individuals from these firms have made hacking and taking my data as well as data from Yahoo and White House w0rm is infamous for several attacks over the past five years on a number of high profile targets including the BBC, CNET, Adobe and Bank of America. The identity of the person or group behind w0rm is known. An  man suspected of hacking into U.S. government computer systems is to be extradited from Croatia to face trial, a court has ruled. , 31, who has Asperger's syndrome, is accused of hacking into the FBI, the U.S. central bank and the country's missile defense agency An important part of security research is knowing when to stop. I went far enough to prove how serious the issue is, and demonstrate what a malicious attacker could do, while not being overly careless or intrusive... I hope other teams can learn from Imgur's willingness to take on feedback and improve, as communication around security is so very important. After successfully tracking and fetching cabs I was very happy because (no offence to ola) their app sucks. First of all it crashes a lot. Secondly, I don’t like the UX. I think better things can be done. Just take the example of Uber. Their app works so smoothly and booking a cab is a piece of cake. Thirdly it is very difficult to book a cab. It’s a blink and you miss situation where in microseconds a cab vanishes. This got me thinking. I created a one-tap app where once I’ve set my preferences, a thread can run in the background and ensure a one-tap cab booking. For one thing, it made my life easier while accomplishing the task of fully automating the booking process. Then I got greedy. I thought what if I can book a cab for free? That will be one mighty bad-ass thing to do. So I started to trace the recharge API calls. I did one simple recharge on my phone to get an idea of what was going on. Long story short, one recharge process in three simple steps :- After watching, tracing and connecting all the Yahoo calls, my console was ready to drop the bomb. Even if I didn’t get a free cab  I can create an app which can book a cab for me in a single click. To be honest, I was kind of nervous. Let’s accept it, it was easier than I’d ever imagined and if this went right, it had terrible consequences. With a prayer on my lips, I fired my first shot i.e. generating an order ID. It went perfect. I took aim again and below is what a cleaned request looks like, with response from their server. I was working on a small side project in which I was monitoring my phone traffic. For this purpose I used MITM Proxy, which is a very light console based proxy server. As I was booking my cab I saw  calls. The structuring of the Yahoo calls attracted my attention. Something was amiss here. These calls were simple HTTP requests without any OAuth token mechanism or any other encryption to guard the Yahoo. One can easily replicate these calls from a console or by simply using Chrome.

For decades, grains and other high carbohydrate foods formed the base of the food pyramid and the foundation for a “healthy diet”.  All the while, fats were demonized.

Unfortunately, these recommendations couldn’t be further from the ideal path to a flat belly.  A diet high in wheat and other grain products inevitably leads to high blood sugar and poor sensitivity to the hormone insulin.  In turn, poor insulin sensitivity has been shown to be a major cause of abdominal fat accumulation.  Even worse, the more abdominal fat you gain, the worse your insulin sensitivity becomes… and thus the vicious cycle repeats, often leading to out-of-control belly fat storage over time.

Fats, on the other hand, are instrumental in the regulation of your overall hormonal balance, including many fat-burning hormones.  When you understand how to choose the right fats, replacing high-carb items in your diet such as bread, bagels, muffins, baked goods, and pasta with more of these fat-burning, healthful "fatty foods", you’ll be well on your way to a flatter belly.

Here are 7 of our top "fatty foods" for a flat belly: Whole Eggs, Nuts (such as almonds, pecans, walnuts, and cashews), Seeds (such as sunflower seeds and flaxseeds), Avocado, Olive Oil, Fatty Fish (for example, mackerel, tuna, salmon, and trout), and Coconut Oil.

All of these "fattening" foods help to improve your overall fat-burning hormone balance, satiety and feelings of fullness after a meal, and also possess an array of other unique fat-burning and health benefits.

For example, egg yolks are loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (making the myth about only eating egg whites for a flat belly completely false); avocados and olive oil are rich in heart-healthy, health-boosting fatty acids; many species of fish are a great source of inflammation-reducing omega-3s; and coconut oil is a prime source of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), well known for their appetite regulation, energy, and immune benefits.

Still, none of these 7 fats qualify as our #1 fat for a flat belly, which stands head and shoulders above all of the previously mentioned fats in its ability to slim your waist and burn belly fat.  You’ll want to make sure to consume plenty of this #1 belly-fat-burning fat daily, and best of all, we reveal exactly what it is and where you can find it on the next page:

Bibi UN Farce
The United Nations “began as a moral force and has become a moral farce,” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu quipped on Thursday in his annual address to the UN General Assembly in New York City.
Nevertheless, Netanyahu predicted, “Israel has a bright future at the UN.”
“Back home, your governments are rapidly changing their attitudes toward Israel,” the prime minister said. “Everything will change, and a lot sooner than you think.”
More and more countries — including in Asia, Africa and Latin America — are seeing Israel as a potential partner in “fighting the terrorism of today and developing the technology of tomorrow.”
But the biggest shift, Netanyahu stated, was taking place in the Arab world, where many nations were coming to realize that Israel is an ally, not an enemy.
